The following delivery charges will give you an idea of how much it will cost if our truck delivers and collects your hire equipment. If your suburb is not listed below, please contact us for cartage fee.
You can always collect and return hire equipment from our Underwood premises , using your own suitable vehicle, to save on cartage fees.
Our cartage fees are for delivery and collection to an accessible ground floor area. If you require the hire equipment to be taken up stairs or in a lift, please advise us when booking as this would incur a surcharge.
The cartage fee is based on weekday deliveries anytime between 8.30am to 4pm.
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time as many delays beyond our control can occur throughout the day. We always appreciate your understanding and patience on delivery/collection days.
Deliveries on weekends and public holidays incur a surcharge and are subject to staff availability.
Please remember to leave all hire accessible if you are not going to be home on collection day. An extra cartage fee would be charged if we had to return to collect items that you did not leave accessible.
In order to keep our cartage fees to a minimum, we do not just do one delivery per area. Our trucks can load a number of orders for a similar area, therefore, we do not give definite times for delivery to your venue.
On day of delivery there are two options:- (1) If invoice paid in full and if we can have access to a secure area from the road, we can leave the hire and no-one has to be home. (2) If there are dogs, or locked gates or other reasons why someone has to be home to receive the hire, you have to be available from 8.30am - 4pm or later depending on delays, due to traffic for example.
When placing an order online, the total hire amount does not include the delivery charge. The delivery charge has to be manually added to the total hire costs and can be advised by email or over the telephone
